The problem really is Microsoft. They have not updated the web browser technology in the WebTV set top box. All of the dating sites use Java and session cookies in order to perform their advance functions. These functions make it a more pleasant user experience when using a more updated browser.
I know the folks at
MyCountryMatch.com worked to make their site as WebTV friendly as possible, keeping in mind only a small percentage of customers actually use it.
