I joined a thing in later 2003, being a "relationship exchange" thing called "Fun Flirts.com" they have several titles that ultimately put you in the same pool of people.
I had a decent response, but several that contacted initially (I assume to prod you into joining, it worked never responded when I replied) I did meet a few very nice people and communicate some with them including one lady that I am very close to now. Only her in person, five times now, for more than a day at a time. The whole thing of course is it only takes one good person to make it all worth while. If I have a permanent future with this lady I am going to be a very happy man. We have been communicating since later august 2003. I was surprised to see no response concerning this group since they brag about 3 million profiles.
