I have to disagree with your assessment of Perfectmatch.com. I've joined around a dozen sites, and this one was about the worst. I was looking forward to the membership expiring, when they automatically renewed the membership for 4 more months without my knowledge or approval. $100. I guess it was written in small print somewhere when I joined, but I have no proof of course. I found this to be very fraudulent. If automatically renewable, a membership should only be renewed monthly. They would not refund the money when I wrote and asked.
Is there anything you can do to help me get a refund? Do you know of any agency that investigates these sneaky rip-off procedures that I could file a complaint with?
